The AMA has advised CME providers that this online format will allow physicians to have the opportunity to receive AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)^TM for Internet PoC learning. ResearChME is structured, self directed, online learning by physicians on topics relevant to their clinical practice at the point of care.

2 Evaluate treatment philosophies utilizing prognostic indicators and national guidelines.

Are Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits from courses approved by the American Medical Association (AMA) acceptable toward my continuing education requirement as a pharmacist?
Continuing Medical Education (CME) courses relevant to the professional practice of pharmacy, such as courses in the pharmacology of new drugs, are acceptable; courses not related to pharmacy practice (e.g., surgery) are not acceptable. The CME certificate issued for completing an AMA program would serve as proof for recordkeeping purposes. We suggest that you also keep a copy of the program outline and objectives as documentation that the course was relevant pharmacy practice.
