Premier Medical Group offers comprehensive, integrated care providing patients with access to state‐of‐the‐art procedures, advanced technology, excellent customer service and medical expertise. As a multi‐specialty medical practice, Premier Medical Group offers depth of care in both medical and surgical specialties.   With offices in Poughkeepsie, Fishkill, Rhinebeck, Kingston, Newburgh, New Windsor and Montgomery there is no need to travel for the specialty care you deserve. Thirteen experienced urologists provide a full range of treatment for urological care including, prostate care, (the first group in the area to use the sophisticated daVinci robotic surgical system) urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, prostate, bladder and kidney cancers, kidney stones, female and male and female sexual dysfunction and vasectomy. We also offer services through our Premier Women’s Center for Continence and Sexual Health; a dedicated facility serving women with experience bladder dysfunction and sexual health issues.  


Ten highly trained gastroenterologists focus on digestive tract disorders. These include screenings and treatment for liver disease, celiac disease, heartburn, colitis, ulcers, hernia, lactose intolerance testing, Crohn’s disease, and colon cancer. In addition, both the Poughkeepsie and New Windsor offices provide state of the art endoscopy centers for the convenience of our patients. Premier has its own pathology lab and radiology department concentrating exclusively on urology and gastroenterology.  


Our thirteen internal medicine physicians offer years of experience in the fields of general internal medicine, family practice, pulmonology, endocrinology, nephrology, and family practice. Our team is large enough to offer patients a wide‐range of services yet small enough to provide highly personalized care. The expertise of our physicians is complemented by the availability and experience of our allied professionals including physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
Five board certified podiatrists specialize in treating foot and ankle disorders, both medically and surgically. Our podiatrists are keenly aware of how treating the feet and ankles relates to patients’ total health care needs – always keeping this in mind as they work with the patient to find the best treatment option.  
 

The Rheumatology Division of Premier Medical Group is devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic disease, including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, lupus, polymyositis / dermatomyositis, scleroderma, Wegener’s Granulomatosus, giant cell arteritis and polymyalgia rheumatica, vasculitis, and gout and pseudogout.  
 

Premier’s Dermatology division focuses on medical dermatology as well as a wide array of aesthetic dermatologic procedures, such as Botox and soft tissue fillers as well as laser skin resurfacing.  
 

In 2018 Premier opened its Pediatric division.  This new division is comprised of 6 board certified pediatricians that specialize in caring for children from birth to age 21 and providing them with the highest quality pediatric care in the Hudson Valley.  
 

Premier Medical Group has the distinction of being one of the largest providers of clinical research in a private practice setting. This offers patients the opportunity to benefit from the latest treatments and therapies. Our Clinical Research department services patients in our Poughkeepsie and Kingston offices. Premier also has its own clinical and pathology labs and radiology department, offering on‐site CT and ultrasound services.   The physicians at Premier Medical believed that part of their professional obligation is to support the community in which they live and practice. With the changing economy, more people than ever are limited in their ability to get the medical supportive services that they need and deserve. Premier Cares Foundation is a fully credited tax‐exempt 501 (C)(3) organization. Premier Cares Foundation wants to ensure that no one goes without diagnosis and treatment of urologic & gastrointestinal conditions. The mission of the Foundation is to provide support and education to individuals in our community lacking sufficient funds to address significant health issues including prostate and colon cancer, and other diseases and conditions.
