Recognize the importance of CT screening for lung CA Identify appropriate patients who meet the criteria for CT screening based upon CMS, NCCN guidelines and other measures as part of research.

Adhere to screening center of excellence guidelines as promulgated by the lung cancer alliance, American college of radiology and other groups.

Comply with criteria for CMS guidelines for screening centers.

Recognize other disorders that are identified and risk stratified by CT screening such as Coronary, Valvular, mediastinal, interstitial lung disease etc.

Identify other clinical areas where the data from CT screening may provide value Update on new imaging technologies Use biomarkers etc that may become valuable in the future

Recognize the results of the i-elcart research program for clinical stage one lung CA.

Know the current treatment trends in surgical oncology, radiation oncology, medical oncology and observation for identified cancers.
