Re: Requested Information for Exhibit Space for 2014 Gastroenterology Teaching Day, at the Grandview on September 17, 2014.

To whom it may concern:                                                                                         

On behalf of Vassar Brothers Continuing Medical Education of Vassar Brothers Medical Center, I am writing to request funding for exhibit space for the 2014 Gastroenterology Teaching Day, at the Grandview on September 17, 2014.   The target audience for the presentation is the following areas of practice:  physicians and allied health professionals in family practice, internal medicine, gastroenterology.

Our estimated number of attendees is One Hundred Fifty (150).  We are offering exhibit space at a cost of $2000.00.

In order to be compliant with Pharma & Advamed Code, as well as the ACCME guidelines and OIG regulation, Exhibit space is sold, however funding is kept separate from the educational activity.  The exhibit space will be held in a separate room in a non-obligatory path to the conference.

The Tax ID number 14-1338586 is associated with Vassar Brothers Medical Center.  Checks can be made payable to Vassar Brothers Medical Center, and can be mailed to: Continuing Medical Education, Vassar Brothers Medical Center, 45 Reade Place, Poughkeepsie,  NY  12601.

Due to the location of the activity and ACCME regulation of no promotional material being allowed in the same room as the activity.  Should you choose to purchase exhibit space your company will be provided a 6 foot table outside of the conference room for the duration of the activity.  Electric is available upon request.
