Joint Providership: CME Fee Schedule

The Fees are as follows:

$500.00 Application fee plus $100.00 per credit hour.

 

Examples:

Live Activity:

One Time Presentation:

1 hour of CME requested for the “Health Care Update” : $500 application fee + $100 for the credit = $600
 

Teaching Day:

7 hours of CME requested for the “Annual Primary Care Symposium” : $500 application fee + $700 for the credits = $1200

 

Regularly Scheduled Series:

Tumor Board: Joint Provider requests a 42 credit series for the calendar year.  The Joint Provider would then be invoiced for the $500 application fee + $4200 = $4700
 

Monthly Grand Rounds:

Two possible scenarios:

Case by case application:
If you apply 10 times in the year you would be charged an application fee each time, plus the $100 for the 10 sessions. i.e. $500 + $100 = $600
If you do this 10 times you will be charged $6000.

 Annual application with generic learning objectives 
 requesting 10 credits for the year: $500 + $1000 = 
 $1500. 

Hence an annual application is more cost effective.
 

Enduring Material:

2 hours of CME credit requested for "Stroke" enduring material: $500 application fee + $200 for the credits = $700

 

***PLEASE NOTE: Application fees must be paid within 30 days of the invoice and are application fees not event fees. They must be paid whether or not your event is cancelled and must be paid whether or not your event is approved. No exceptions can be made, invoice dates will not be altered as they are dated for the date of completion of the CME accreditation/application process.
