Program Description & Objectives

 

 This activity is designed for gastroenterologists, hepatologists, family practitioners, surgeons, and other health care professionals who care for patients with gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary diseases. Each of the presenters will allow ample time for questions and comments, inviting participants to reflect on the information which has been shared. This advanced professional conference provides "Leading Edge" information, reviewing the latest advances in gastrointestinal disorders as they affect clinical care. The course will explore new insights into the mechanisms of gastrointestinal disease and provide diagnostic and treatment options from a team of renowned experts.

CMEVassar Brothers Medical Center is accredited by the Medical Society of the State of New York to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. Vassar Brothers Medical Center designates this educational activity for a maximum of 5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. The faculty of CME programs are expected to exhibit scientific rigor and to provide educational information that is objective and well balanced.  Faculty members are required to disclose to the audience any commercial relationship that could be perceived as a potential, apparent, or real conflict of interest.
