To whom it may concern:
On behalf of Vassar Brothers Continuing Medical Education of Vassar Brothers Medical Center, I am writing to request funding for exhibit space for the 2nd Annual Cerebrovascular Education Day, at the Grandview, Poughkeepsie, NY, on either Wednesday, March 29, 2017 or Thursday, March 30, 2017. The target audience for the presentation is the following areas of practice: primary care physicians, internal medicine, neurologists, emergency physicians, hospitalists, and other healthcare professionals who care for cerebrovascular patients.
Our estimated number of attendees is One Hundred (150) each day. We are offering exhibit space at a cost of $1000.00 per day.
In order to be compliant with Pharma & Advamed Code, as well as the ACCME guidelines and OIG regulation, exhibit space is sold, but funding is kept separate from the educational activity. The greater commitment we get from you no, the more like we will be to reduce our registration fees, thus improving attendance, during times when employers are not reimbursing for continuing ed. The exhibit space will be held in a separate room in a non-obligatory path to the conference.

Due to the location of the activity and ACCME regulation of no promotional material being allowed in the same room as the activity. Should you choose to purchase exhibit space your company will be provided a 8 foot table outside of the conference room for the duration of the activity. Electric is available upon request.
